WOD:
Option one

10 muscle ups
20 hspus
30 pullups
400 meter run
50 kettlebell swings 35/53
60 situps
70 double unders
800 meter run

Option 2

30 dips
30 pullups
400 meter run
30 kb swings
30 situps
400 meter run

If you cant do muscle ups but still want to do option one please sub with jumping muscle ups.
