He enjoys Crossfit because of the camaraderie and high espirit-de-corps inside of the CrossFit Community as well as the mixture of weight lifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular exercise. “It’s unlike any other gym you can go to. The Coaching and athletes that go to CCCF are the greatest people to be around even if it’s only for one hour a day”

Brittany Reichard
I grew up in Gardnerville, NV where I began swimming at 6 years old. I eventually earned a scholarship to the University of Washington for my accomplishments in the pool and represented them for 3 years, before returning back to Nevada to swim for the Wolfpack (UNR) for 1 year. After college I desperately searched for something that would fulfill my competitive nature so I began participating in triathlons, cycling races, and running races. I learned about crossfit from a friend who told me it would help improve my triathlon races. A year later I tried crossfit and have been hooked ever since. For me it offers a challenging workout with a variety of movements and techniques which creates diverse workouts everyday, the same boring routine does not exist.
