Getting Started


1.) Try us out Free

- Come in the first Thursday, Friday and Saturday of every month to "Experience the Box".  These classes are in a group environment and focus on the basic CrossFit movements.  All of our workouts are scalable to all athletic abilities.  All three days are free!

- Come on Saturday at 9am for an introductory class and find out what it is like to train at CCCF.

2.) Enroll into Elements Program 

All new members must enroll in the Elements program before moving to group training.  Elements consist of 6 training sessions.  These Classes focus on mechanics, technique and proper CrossFit movements.  Classes will be geared for the new CrossFitter, and will help bridge the gap to the Unlimited CrossFit Classes.
