Backsquat 3x3
* warm up thoroughly and then hit 3 heavy sets*
3 rounds for time:
200 M tire pull (100 M forward, 100 M backwards)
20 Front Squats (35\45)
5 burpees
*You may add weight to the tires and do more of a fast paced walk*
