Skill: Overhead Squat

Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
15 Overhead squat (65/95)

* Happy Monday everyone. This is a benchmark wod. We will will take our time in warming up to properly execute the overhead squat. If the athlete is not very comfortable squatting with load overhead after we have gone through the skill set, we can do this workout with even a PVC pipe and get the same stimulus.
